We are 1/2 way through 2019!

This year started out with a BANG! Three projects with VSA Kentucky at Lost River Elementary-Bowling Green, KY, Franklin-Simpson High School (FSHS)-Franklin, KY, and Memorial Elementary-Hardyville, KY. View the WNKY coverage on the FSHS projects here: FSHS Murals with Artist Andee
In the middle of those residencies, I completed a year-long residency with Timeslips-I Won't Grow Up with Wendy's Neverland. The performances included several set pieces I was able to create with the residents at Signature Healthcare communities of care in rural areas in Kentucky. More to come on this including a New York Times article. More here: Timeslips-I Won't Grow Up
No time to waste as three BIG projects with Metro Nashville Public Schools were quickly underway at Whitsitt Elementary, Glencliff Elementary, and Warner Elementary. These schools all had BIG ideas pertaining to STEAM, entrepreneurship, and the arts! Pictured above is Warner Principal Ricki Gibbs II, Artist Andee Rudloff, Congressman Jim Cooper representing the 5th District of Tennessee, and Jen-Jen Lin, Director of the Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville at the Warner Elementary mural unveiling.
One more Metro Nashville Public School made it in to the spring work thanks to Walk Bike Nashville and Nashville Civic Design Center. Safe Amqui was successfully installed at Amqui Elementary.
